• The registration is not confirmed until the full workshop fee payment has been received.
[ Refund Policy ]
• All confirmed seats are non-transferable and fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified below:

Typhoon
Typhoon Warning Signal No.1 and No.3
• If T1 and T3 is hoisted before or during the workshops, all workshops will proceed as usual.
• No refund will be provided to early leavers or non-attendees.
Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 to No.10
• If T8 or above is hoisted before the workshop, all workshops will proceed as usual.
• Participants who are unable to attend the workshops will be required to notify Kalo Make Art (by phone or email) by 10:15 am that day in order to receive a refund (i.e. 50% of the workshop fee).
• Participants who fail to notify us will not be qualified for any refund.
• If T8 or above is hoisted during the workshop, all workshops will proceed as usual.
• No refund will be provided to participants who leave earlier.
Rainstorm
Amber and Red Rainstorm Warning Signal
• If Amber and Red Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted before or during the workshops, all workshops will proceed as usual.
• No refund will be provided to early leavers or non-attendees.
Black Rainstorm Warning Signal
• If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted before the workshop, all workshops will proceed as usual.
• Participants who are unable to attend the workshops will be required to notify Kalo Make Art (by phone or email) by 10:15 am that day in order to receive a refund (50% of the workshop fee).
• Participants who fail to notify us will not be qualified for any refund.
• If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted during the workshop, all workshops will proceed as usual.
• No refund will be provided to participants who leave earlier.
All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Kalo Make Art.
